Too orangey for crows

Five and a half years ago, one of my favourite landmarks went away.

Yesterday, apparently, it came back.

I haven't yet seen it. I may have to go for a ceremonial drive along the M4 at the weekend.

I think it was bopeepsheep who brought up Crow Aptok. I was complaining at the time about the disappearnace of the "Why do I still do this every single day?" graffito on the M40.

Aha, yes, that rings a distant bell.

Can I also put in a mention for the long graffito one used to see on the train into London, along the lines of "Work - sleep - TV - [etc] - one in ten goes mad, one in five cracks up"?
