Oops.

Frances just came downstairs to find me bathing My Little Ponies in the kitchen sink.

When I explained that I was only sprucing them up so that I could put them on eBay, she cautiously ventured that we might still be able to be friends. However, this was said in tones of one who is (a) making a great concession and (b) not at all sure it's the right choice.

They are now trotting winsomely (if damply) across the draining rack.

On a related note, does anyone know what constitutes 'good condition' for a My Little Pony ? Mine are definitely on the 'played with' side of mint.

Bowtie was the first pony I ever had, but its tail fell out. So we had to replace it and they didn't have any left. I never managed to get hold of one after that...

Well... see comment below: I'm only putting them on eBay because I think they should go to a good home, not because I think they're going to make me bags of cash.

If you're still interested, I could send you a somewhat played-with Bowtie for your birthday or something. If I actually had a clue when your birthday was :)
