I've just applied for my new tax disc online. How exciting. And much better than faffing about in a Post Office queue with multiple recalcitrant bits of paper. And, incidentally, it's a usable interface with clearly written, simple instructions. I've no idea how it is on accessibility guidelines, but on a casual inspection it seems very friendly.
I might feel slightly guilty about depriving the PO of business, given the rate at which the things are closing, but given the heinous queueueues most days in Woodley PO I don't feel it to be in any real danger.
