ventaAAAargh, stupid bloody recalcitrant bloody flatpacks with bloody ambiguous instructions and cam bolts that don't fit properly and aaaargh.
However. It is together now. Just waiting for Andy and the drill and the special rawl plugs needed for our comedy made-of-cheese walls to come back at the weekend, then large-scale CD organisation will be mine. And I have a bottle of Badger's Golden Glory, and I have the best of Split Enz (many thanks to the CD fair at the weekend). It's not all bad.
Note for Oxford types: if you want to look at hapless folk dancers making fools of themselves, Mabel Gubbins will be out and about briefly in Oxford tomorrow night (Tuesday). Meet at the King's Appendage at half eight, or phone me to find out where we are (likely suspects are the Far From the Madding Crowd, the Lamb and Flag, and the School House).
