Erm...

Skin, trim and clean camel (once you get over the hump), lamb and chicken. Boil until tender...

and later.

Broil over large charcoal pit until brown.

I'm guessing you cook the meat first to make sure it gets done right the way through, then broil it for colour.

Oops, sorry, you're right.

Maybe you boil the lamb and chickens then broil the camel ?

Either way, the answer is Denby Dale, probably.

(Denby being a place in Yorkshire which holds the world record for the biggest pie - some of their pie dishes are impressive.)
