Well, I've been boring this evening. Stop sniggering at the back there, sometimes I do exciting things on Wednesdays.
But not today.
I've thrown out a load of junkmail. I've cleared a bit of floor space in my room. I've written a couple of letters. I've filed a whole load of paper. I've... oh, I'll stop now, shall I?
The main purpose of this post is to tell people who care that there are further installments of
metame and
leathellin's travels to be read. Diary Part 10 has been continued (as promised) and Part 11 is now there too.
Apparently they've now departed for a wine-growing region. Lucky beggars. Hope they bring me some.

Sniggering at the front
Date: 2003-11-19 02:50 pm (UTC)You're stopping because the audience is bored? <insert witticism here>
Because, frankly, I suspect yours will get more amusement than mine.

Date: 2003-11-19 04:46 pm (UTC)I put mine in a big green bin. Nice people take away my big green bin and, if I believe what I read, recycle my junk mail so that it can be used to make all new junk mail.
I get a warm fuzzy feeling inside every time I put something in my big green bin.
You could get a big green bin too, if you like.

Date: 2003-11-20 07:00 am (UTC)We have a smallish green box. Though it's a slightly wibblywobbly smallish green box since I ran it over.
Unfortunately, we seem to have a highly bizarre ruleset (that I don't understand) governing what we may put in it. And I'm not entirely clear on which bits of junk mail are acceptable. Must go back to experimenting.

Date: 2003-11-20 08:12 am (UTC)I've never had trouble with any papery other than card and telephone directories, although they seem to take phone directories now.
