Tell me, o LJ, what are you wearing today?

I have on grey skinny jeans, grey boots, and a fluffy black and white jumper with a panda on it. I'm not usually a big fan of the animal jumper, but I think this one manages to be fluffy without being too cutesy. Also, I like pandas. I admire their approach to eye make-up.

I have accessorised with a selection of purple and yellow bruises on both wrists, and a small blue bruise on my forehead. Rapper is not a safe hobby. As usual, I have a silver 'E' pendant round my neck, and silver studs in my ears. I'm wearing a small analogue watch, because my smartwatch is bust at the moment.

On the way to the office I also had on one of those new-fangled lightweight down jackets that seem to be everywhere this winter. In a fashion-item-is-practical shocker, they're bloody great.

I'm wearing a light floral dress and my gardening shoes, and when I went outside i was wearing an orange Cardigan that doesn't match and is a horrible colour but I like the shape.

Basically, I've got to the stage where i don't care what i look like, just how comfortable i am.

I am very happy with what I'm wearing today, so I'm glad you asked! My outfit consists of a bright turquoise/teal "Bardot-style" jumper (which basically just means it has a sort of wide boat neck), with a below-knee-length tweed skirt in shades of blue and green, sheer flesh-toned (skin-toned, really; flesh-tones would be, like, bloody and gross) tights, and black knee-high high heeled boots. The jumper is from Tesco, and the skirt was a charity shop find which probably cost me a fiver (I can't remember exactly; I have a _lot_ of assorted tweed skirts from charity shops!).

Wow, you sound like you look good :)

I like wide neck jumpers, but only own one (black). I should perhaps branch out!

A light dress? Think it must be warmer where you are!

I would argue that feeling good is way more important than looking good :)

This is kind of my platonic look; my aesthetic is essentially "Younger, somewhat sexier Miss Marple".
This is the jumper although it hands differently on me, and is a bit more turquoise-y than that picture suggests.

Well, I meant pale in colour, but actually I'm just generally overly hot most of the time and it is quite warm here.

A black shirt that does up with a zip, passed on by my mum as she didn't wear it any more. I'm pretty sure I remember her in it when I was at school so it may well be over 20 years old. Nondescript beige chinos from the sample sale when I worked at the White Company (£1). Cheap shoes from SportsDirect I keep in the office to change out of bike boots into. Socks with embroidered Vulcan bombers. Orange Swatch watch and my great-grandfather's signet ring, which is on permanently and I tape over for karate.

Socks with V-bombers? You win.

I'm wearing the usual; leggings, tunic top, and as I'm at home, one of my dad's old cashmere jumpers AND a poncho and fluffy slippers. No jewellery or bra (le shock) as I never wear such things when working at home, everything has to be baggy and comfy and not distracting.

I don't do Clovember because I tend to wear the same thing week in week out with only minor variations. It's not all ball gowns.

Nice touch on the rainbow bruises!

Scruff order - old black trousers, ancient cream trainers, blouse that cost £1 in a Barnsley mill shop aeons ago and an M&S round-necked jumper. It's a housework morning.

Your outfit sounds lovely in an 80s-retro way. Are you calling down jackets new-fangled?

Since you ask I'm wearing a dark red skirt, with medium-sized black polka dots and narrow black ribbons around its hem. The skirt was from Nomads. It's A line and knee length. Not really a winter skirt but it belongs in winter because it wants black accessories (today, long-sleeved t-shirt and cardigan; knee-length boots; medium-weight tights).

Blue jeans -- which probably count as skinny -- plain black T-shirt from Tesco as it was the first one off the rack this morning, and I've not bothered putting my lenses in yet, so glasses. Bare feet as is usual when I'm at home (which is mostly, since I work from there).

This lot has not yet been accessorised by a light (or not so light) dusting of cat hair since Small Cat is still in her morning spot on the spare bed and Large Cat is hanging out with G in his office on the other side of the house.

Exceptionally dull, I grant you, but it covers the necessary bits and keeps me sufficiently warm ;)

Pandas definitely have cute Eye make-up! :)
Feel like cuddling them every time. Such cute creatures!

Blue socks, Burgundy velvet trousers, a Discworld Convention 1996 tshirt, and a black zip-up hoodie. Plus a scrunchy, and nail varnish.

Down jackets have been around for ever, I grant you :) I think the particular style might be new, though, and the fact they are ubiquitous and affordable definitely is!

Colleague A just interrupted me working to say "awesome jumper". He then pointed it out to colleague B. B is probably the closest my office has to a power-dresser and she looked hugely underwhelmed by my panda :)

I'm not sure for which bits coverage is necessary when working from home with only husband and cats to observe :)

Velvet trousers, very swish :)

I have lots of them now, in several colours - they're very strokable indeed. And popular as a result. :)

Brown ankle boots, brown leggings, short turquoise skirt (this one but three years ago's colour), dark blue top with butterflies made of map (or vice versa) on it, sadly covered by faded greyish-blue long sleeved top. I should probably have put blue or grey or black leggings on, but I dressed my bottom half first!

Those bits which might shock delivery people to whom I answer the door, mostly ;)
