I note that the only four people who've opted for salad cream in my poll are you, me, stegzy and bondagewoodelf. That's three hardened northerners and... um, I think BondageWoodElf might be Dutch so I think they're an anomaly!

I very nearly ticked the 'salad cream' box (the radioactive yellow food glue of the gods!) but mayonnaise is pretty good too, so I went for both.

...you did mean 'both' in different contexts, right? Not, like, on squirt of salad cream and one of mayo on the same sandwich?
