I disliked salad cream but then somebody gave me a bottle that had dill and cucumber in it, and it was nice.

I did get a free sample of Heinz lemon and cracked black pepper salad cream through the letterbox a while back. Which sounded rather like Heinz trying to make the salad cream market a bit more upper class :) It was surprisingly nice in a fishfinger sandwich (which sounds like me trying to make sure the salad cream market stays right where it is :)
