Two days into the bedroom-tidying onslaught and I've found this funny, fuzzy stuff lying about the place. I think it's called floor.
You know that thing you do if you're lazy - when vacuuming, you use the vacuum cleaner to 'pick up' large things from the floor, turning the tube round to handlevel so you don' t have to bend down ? I have just learnt the hard way that cloth items - even quite sizable ones - should not be treated this way when using a Dyson. Blimey, those things really do suck.

Date: 2007-07-03 11:56 pm (UTC)Incidentally: cat/dog hair is easily removed from furnishings, carpets etc. If you find a rubber glove (of the ordinary washing-up variety) then running your hand across even the most built-up fluff depost picks it all up. And so Mrs Beeton would have said if she'd ever had Marigolds.
