I think most of the Cambridge people who read this have actually moved, but just in case...

A while back I wrote about going to see The Book Of Job: The Musical, which I enjoyed immensely. There's a performance of it in Trinity College on Sunday night, and anyone who wants an entertaining evening for a few quid (and isn't offended by people ripping the mickey out of the Bible) should go and see it.

I'm afraid I don't have more details like times or anything useful, but presumably Trinity could supply them if required. We think it might be here.

That does look really rather good. It's a shame Cambridge is such a pig to get to from Reading --- keep us posted if it ever comes to these uncivilised parts...

I believe I can possibly beat it for bizarre obscurity, though: if you were into computers in the UK in the 80s then the names David Braben and Ian Bell probably sound vaguely familiar. Well, it turns out that Ian Bell's brother writes music. Yes, it's Elite: The Musical (http://www.iancgbell.clara.net/elite/musical). Currently unperformed. Possibly alas. Possibly not.
