Manic Sunday

A mostly musical day, with mild outbreaks of singing in the choir. I'd forgotten how much like bloody hard work that was. The afternoon passed pleasantly in a pub, with random friends and a passing contingent of The Sealed Knot who were camping nearby, perpetrating folk music. I like pubs which encourage that.

Oh, and I think I might have watched too many films like Elizabeth, in which people storm into churches, cloaks swirling, wth news of great import. There's something deeply satisfying about striding up towards a high altar, all big stompy boots and leather trenchcoat flying behind you.

And tomorrow, we go to sort out the Uncle's digital camera connection problems. Actually, we go to find out what said problems are, since he's not yet mastered the art of passing on useful information about computer glitches...
