A news story (http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_1285527.html) (though it's quoting the Sun, so that may be the wrong phrase) reports that vigorousness of activity is related to volume.
An on-line retailer I located offers condoms which play Happy Birthday, The Wedding March and (worryingly) Three Little Pigs. Apparently one squeezes the end to activate, and there is a small speaker in the base.
Now, wasn't that really more than you wanted to know ?
(a) Is that a nursery rhyme? -- if so, it's one that must have somehow passed me by. How does it go? Do they sit outside your window and oink "Don't worry 'bout a thing"?
(b) I don't quite see how it fits into the theme of "important days in your life" apparently hinted at by the other two. But I'm not sure I want to know the explanation of that one.
