What a wonderful sentence:

Yes, well, clever little octopuses are invertebrates too, but I'd be pretty opposed to boiling [i]them[/i] alive. Same for cuttlefish, but I'm not as keen on squid - they're a bit nastier.

I'd be opposed to _trying_ to boil an octopus alive, on the grounds that they can move bloody fast and hold on bloody tight when they want to, and I rather think I'd come off worse!
