Another lyrics question

venta... though this is one of those where I misquote a lyric, provide misleading information about it, and then expect someone to help me out with what it is. I don't know the answer. I want to know, that's why I'm asking.
Somewhere, buried on an unlabelled tape which I think I might have filched from an ex, is a punkish sort of song, sung by blokes, whose chorus goes roughly:
Livin' in a bedsit,
Travellin' on a tube train.
Workin' all day long,
And you don't go out,
And you eat out of tins,
...
Because you're living in
Solitary confinement
Why am I so lonely?
