Know exactly what you mean about the final verse of O Come All Ye Faithful, though for me it's usually the Christmas morning service (turkey is *best* abandoned under a tinfoil blanket in the oven while everyone troops out to church! ;) - unfortunately I missed it this morning due to Simon's grandmother not feeling up to church, andd it only being a spoken service anyway :/
Anyhows - quick request, if you're going to be up with your folks for a while - local weather report for Saturday once it's known would be useful, since Simon & I will be heading Richmond-wards for the New Year, and advance warning of bleak midwinter would be handy ;)
