I saw Dave Gorman on a TV show the other day being interviewed, i have to say i'd never heard of him before, but now i am rather keen on reading the book.
I utterly agree with you about the Italian restaurant waiters. However it could be worse, they could offer to put it on the ice cream as well ~ick~
