Incidentally, lathany, Andy asked me to point out that he likes the roleplaying game idea, and is busy constructing a canonical crossbow-based trap over the front door. Apparently it has a 1+d20 chance of failing and shooting a tenant in the head.

I think spending preety much the entire day on the phone arguing with insurance brokers, garages and scrapyards has made him a little hysterical :)
