Becherovka is sort of Bacardi Spice, only *way* better. I can't recall if it's Czech or Slovak. Gah, want some now! I've never seen it in the UK but it must be availbale somewhere. I'm not even sure if it's a generic term like slivovica or borovica or if it's a trade name.

Considered whether admin at Tao fell into "Yes I work in the IT industry" and decided if anything, I worked for it rather than in.

And I answered 'Real ale' without considering really good whiskey, really good wine, or champagne. I presumed it was in a 'what you would drink at the pub' context.

I drink coffee in pubs if I think the social situation is such that I can get away with it without looking too much like an idiot :-)
