Date: 2011-03-15 05:54 pm (UTC)Wikipedia say so, but they don't give a source. Other websites likewise. I can't find a statement anywhere from the Levellers themselves on the topic. I had a quick look in the IPO's registered trademark database but couldn't find anything.
Of course, someone might have said that, meaning that as it was clearly associated with them as their logo it meets the criterion to be regarded as one, but that's different from the band having taken specific legal steps.
Someone should probably ask them.
