What I can't see is any (legitimate) way to tell them that you want somebody else's direct mail to stop coming to your address, as they no longer live there.
Well, it's legit. to use it for another person (though it only specifically mentions if they're deceased).
If you want to enter the details for Mr Bloggs living at your address, I don't see why that should be a problem. It won't affect Bloggs Esq.'s ability to receive junk wherever he's living now.
I thought the bit about babies was odd. I've certainly never had baby-related mail. I'm guessing that perhaps if you're expecting and start going to ante-natal classes and so on, your name might find it's way on to baby-related mailing lists... If you then lost the baby, you might want to be removed from said lists.
