The dance you execute after you've lost your balance to try and make sure the overfull cup of tea spills onto hendybear's tea-coloured carpet, rather than his pristine white bedding.

An old friend of mine possesses two uncanny skills, the first of which is the ability to spill tea. Fortunately the second is the ability to interpose one or more of his legs¹ between the tea-bearing vessel and whatever is beneath it.

I have the uncanny ability to spill red wine on carpets. Particularly on pale carpets; just ask leathellin.

I don't possess a second corresponding uncanny ability, but I'm quite good about clearing up after myself.
