Once, many moons ago, Rob played me a song called "the Lifeboat" by some random comedian. It's about a group of schoolchildren being taught social concience by their teacher using the conundrum: "You've got a cripple and a grandma and a retard (american song) and a baby and a fat man and a work-age, employed slim good looking young female taxpayer in a lifeboat. It'll sink unless you chuck someone overboard...Who Goes?" I liked that song , but it's vanished into the ether. I also remember the "****off, who d'y'think you are? Get out of my ****ing flat" song. I think mr warlock introduced it to many, it was a one hit wonder, then sank. Bit like the lifeboat. Anyone still have a copy?
Silly songs I've loved and lost (and would like to locate)
