This is why it's a good idea to add "A Badger with a Gun" to the bottom of every poll. Everyone ticks that. (Or equivalently "<3 checkyboxen"!)

I was expecting people to fill something in the textboxes so I'd know they'd responded. Even if it was only "I don't know". Besides, I didn't expect not having heard any of the albums to prevent people from having opinions on who should win!

What do you make of Maps ? I've been really quite enjoying that album, but had yet to encounter anyone else who's heard it.

I like it a lot, it's just my cup of tea for a busy work morning. I guess it's not really doing anything fantastically exciting and wonderful, but it's very easy on the ear.

I guess I would describe it to someone who hadn't heard it as a sort of neo-shoegaze meets British Sea Power, if I had to. (But hopefully I don't.)
