What is now the Hobgoblin on Cowley road did, in its days of being South Park (which were after its days of being Ampney Cottage), sell bubblegum flavoured vodka. They made this by dropping balls of bubble gum into vodka.
I have no idea what it tasted like. But a bottle of vodka, the bottom of which was covered in variously decayed balls of gum, looked revolting.
