Yes, there was, but I screwed up the poll mechanism leaving everyone's answers visible. Expect a fixed version imminently, and thanks to wimble for pointing it out.

Well, I never looked at the answers, and Viv wondering if I was coming to bed at all. However, following jiggery_pokery's ealier lead, I would like to replace all the blanks I left with "London".
There were a few where I could think of answers that sang in my head but weren't placenames.
