Glastonbury (or the neighbouring farms) also offers loads of "glamping" options these days - like Worthy View, which offers a variety of "pods", yurts, and tipis in slightly more spacious and salubrious surroundings. Other places offer full-on luxury with en-suite tents (and - sadly - commensurately eye-watering price tags). We haven't tried any of these yet, saving it for when regular camping becomes too much :-)
For years we have been trying to persuade ChrisC's parents (who are prone to walking holidays) to buy a campervan. This is purely because we think they'd enjoy it and not at all because we want to be able to borrow it for festivals...
Also, apropos of nothing much, we saw at least three different tents which were made to look like VW campervans. I have no photos, but they looked a bit like this (http://www.skcamping.com/vw-camper-van-tent-blue-2015-vwblue.html?gclid=CjwKEAjwq-OsBRDd95aryprR9wQSJACQnU3GWIxnEkOeTatfmTdlEbLs87eF5XXkwSvG5yTEoipJChoCwOLw_wcB).
