Revolutionary Girl Utena indeed. As it happens, "Roses ... everywhere" is a phrase used both in the series and as an in-joke between people who've seen it, so I assumed you were using it as a deliberate reference.

I do recommend the series, by the way. Of course, it's been impossible to get a legitimate copy of the English translation for years....
